Who am I?
Csilla Fekete

I have always been passionate about psychology. After eight years of teaching, during which I gained an even deeper understanding of its importance, I embarked on a career change to better understand human beings.
My training in art therapy has given me the keys to self-discovery and allowed me to experience the benefits of different methods and tools personally.
After the birth of my children, I left Hungary and since 2011, I have been living with my family in the Geneva region.
To continue developing my knowledge, I took a course in sophrology in Lyon, based on behavioral theory and the therapeutic importance of altered states of consciousness.
I also took professional training courses to learn how to identify psychopathologies and analyze people’s personalities.
Over the years, I have also trained in the field of energetic healing, as I believe in the importance of good energy flow for a more harmonious life.
As a volunteer hospice worker at the HUG since 2021, I have had the opportunity to take a Caritas training course on hospice care and accompanying sick and dying people, which has completely changed my perspective on illness, death, and therefore life itself.
In addition to psychology, philosophy is also my passion, which is how I became interested in human consciousness and its mysteries. I was able to learn mindfulness and related methods at the most renowned schools and from the best teachers.
In addition to in-person and video sessions, teaching is important to me, so I offer numerous interactive workshops and in-person conferences for those who are curious and/or want to grow, change, improve, and thus enjoy human relationships.
Some conferences will also be offered by my husband, who is a researcher (PhD) at the University of Geneva.
