Sophrology in the cognitive-psycho-behavioral branch
THE MISSION STATEMENT

I am an expert in psycho-behavioral therapy, in which dialogue is important.
The cognitive behavioural attitude helps you understand your “whys” by learning to think, react, and behave differently (avoiding certain inappropriate patterns and attitudes) in anxiety-provoking and difficult situations.

Sophrology is a body-soul method.
Developed by neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo, who was one of the first to combine different methods, it is a holistic and integrative approach that allows us to see, understand and support a person as a whole.
It combines breathing exercises, body movements, relaxation (muscle relaxation and release), visualization and neurolinguistic programming (anchoring).
THE MISSION STATEMENT
This method aims to improve your state of mind and consciousness level by teaching you to identify the links between your thoughts, feelings, and actions (CBT theory).
In this approach, we often work with ASCs (Altered states of consciousness) to gain better access to repressed content (unconscious) in order to identify and modify it.
Altered states in Sophrology
The techniques used in Sophrology guide you to a state between wakefulness and sleep, called the “sophroliminal” level. Sophrology is a less directive technique than hypnosis and therefore, the client has some autonomy in reaching his or her goals. It systematically considers the current or desired physical, mental, and emotional state of the person and I will guide you through the altered state of consciousness according to a per-agreed scenario.
This trains your mind to explore and activate your inner resources.

All these techniques help you regain a state of well-being. By activating your potentials, you can face everyday challenges with serenity.
After setting SMART goals together, I will support you throughout the process until you feel more in control of your health and life.
