Guidance and Support

for your well-being, mental, emotional, and physical health.

Guiding and support through art, movement, and tales

This approach is a real “wild card” for people who have difficulty putting their emotions into words. When suffering cannot be verbalized, creativity allows it to be expressed and transformed to be released. This method is also for people who simply want to express themselves, progress, and flourish through their creativity.

Tales

By getting into a tale, one can lower defenses by addressing symptoms through a narrative. It offers everyone the opportunity to identify with emotional situations similar to their own. Working with symbols and metaphors allows us to better understand ourselves and grow. Fairy and folk tales are mediators of psychic life because they act in the non-palpable realm, building a bridge between our unconscious and conscious minds.

Colors

Colors have an impact on our bodies and minds and are perfect tools for restoring and/or maintaining balance. Neuroscience has clearly demonstrated their unconscious influence on both at a physiological and psychological level. Through drawing, coloring, doodling, and painting, the brain secretes more dopamine, the happiness hormone, and conversely, levels of cortisol, the stress hormone, decrease.
Each stroke of the pencil or brush helps to express what words cannot say. This practice allows people to connect with their subconscious and release buried, unmet emotions.

Movement

This approach simply helps you reconnect with your body. We communicate through movement. Sometimes these are small gestures, but sometimes we “dance” and sometimes we “shout and cry” with our bodies. Anything is possible with your body, with little or no speech at all. Through movement, we can learn to listen to our feelings and needs. We explore our limits and our potentials to find our balance.

Activating your creativity

Using your creative potential allows the luminous part of your human being to emerge. It is a means of expression, sharing, communication, and dialogue. Through these artistic and creative techniques (no level or competence is necessary), we open doors to stabilize our inner selves.
