The 12 pillars of mindfulness
Mindfulness is a form of training for the body and mind (thoughts and emotions).
The Mindfulness technique offers several tools to help us reduce stress, increase feelings of calm, connection, harmony, decrease anxiety, depression, and/or pain, etc.
But we can go further than that and reach an even higher level. Transcending certain things helps to lean into a new level of consciousness and function in a more mindful way.
To achieve this, it is strongly recommended to look at things in an integrative way. It is not enough to „grow up”; we must also „wake up” (for some it is the other way round). That is to become mature in all our human capacities and multiple intelligences.
This program is inspired by and based on the ideas of Jon Kabat-Zinn, doctor of molecular biology and Ken Wilber, nicknamed the “Einstein of consciousness.”
Based on J.K. Zinn’s method, a program called „Mindfulness for Life” may be useful for you. It is a secular program and therefore compatible with everyone regardless of age, gender, race or religion.
Wilber offers a comprehensive synthesis of an integrative theory of consciousness. He connects modernity and the Western scientific mind with the wisdom of Eastern traditions. West and East blend and create something magical.
If you want to know how to apply Integral Mindfulness to your own personal development, come and join us on this adventure. A year filled with philosophical and psychological discoveries, techniques and tools. The goal is to find a flow and open new horizons for yourself and maybe for humanity too.
