Guidance and Support

for your well-being, mental, emotional, and physical health.

Working on forgiveness

We choose to learn to love in the present moment. We will learn to love our past, whether recent or distant, and it will illuminate our future. However, love cannot be commanded, so there is no room for "musts." Only choice exists.

I invite you to participate in this workshop at any age (16 and up) because it is never too late to understand, accept, forgive, let go, and free yourself from certain things. Do not trivialize and hide the past or your feelings today. Any unmet emotion, especially fear and anger may lead to fake spirituality. Everything has a strong impact on you and your future.
Let go of the heavy, it is easier to fly without!!!

We will work on introspection (guided but individual) and “confession” (aloud in front of your witnesses, who are the group members) to open the door to forgiveness.
It is about humbly learning who we are, recognizing that we are apprentices in life that presents us with challenges.

We will attempt to answer these very important questions:

– Whose fault is it?
– Is blaming and/or accusing someone or something useful or relevant?

– What does projection mean exactly?
– Can projection be taken back or canceled?

– Who is responsible?
– To what extent are we responsible for our own well-being?

– Are there things that are unforgivable?
Why forgetting is not the same as forgiving?
– Is forgivness a process or decision?

This workshop addresses a very sensitive subject and therefore will take place in an extremely supportive environment. Mutual respect, non-judgmental attitude, and empathy will accompany us throughout this weekend.
