The 4 Elements
When we look at these elements and understand the deep meaning of them, it can remind us that human beings are an integral part of a larger hole. This workshop is a step toward inner balance, healing, and perhaps spiritual enlightenment.
The four elements play a central role in many traditions and cultures around the world, including ancient Greece, India, China and Indigenous peoples for example. These elements represent both the forces of nature and the fundamental principles that govern Life and the Universe.
Each element is associated with symbolic qualities, spiritual forces, and aspects of human experience, what we call today psychology.
These elements transcended cultural and temporal boundaries. They represent vital forces that connect us both to nature and ourselves.
Over this weekend, we will explore the fire, water, air and earth that reside within us. We will examine how they influence us unconsciously.
Observe, notice, and become aware of how you function.
Then, we become the fire, water, air and earth in order to explore even more the depths of our psyche.
Self-awareness allows you to move forward easier in your life and helps to be or become authentic in your relationships.
Hopefully we can bring to the surface some jusy content and we will express that through movements and drawing. At the end of each day, I will invite you to share your experineces in a circle.
I am sure that your insights, revelations, and inner treasures will also inspire others.
