I offer this workshop for people who are curious to know how we humans function from a holistic point of view.

Balance, in a holistic approach, means creating harmony in all aspects of life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual too. This balance is cultivated through conscious effort, self-awareness, prioritizing your values and developing your own beliefs.

This workshop, without claiming to be exhaustive, offers a comprehensive overview of how personal harmony and balance depend on thousands small details.

Our understanding of certain things, during exercises and interactions, will be put down on paper and/or verbalized in a circle, because sharing is also an important part of a so-called balanced state.
