Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

This is a structured program that draws on two major influences:

Eastern traditions (breathing, yoga, meditation, philosophy)

Western science (medicine and psychology)

This method consists of an educational and practical approach (specific exercises) to develop the ability to respond more effectively to stress, pain (physical and/or emotional), and illness.

By gaining more awareness of how you function, it becomes easier to change and progress in your life.
